Job Summary
Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure a memorable customer experience. Oversees daily operations, coaching and developing staff, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance; drives KPIs such as Net Promoter Score and Time to Serve, ensures SafeTech training for technicians, collaborates with marketing for display materials, and provides world-class customer service including handling client complaints and warranty issues. The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage a mobile workforce in a retail automotive service environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce
- Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions
