Job Summary
The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure a memorable customer experience. Responsibilities include people leadership and coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance; overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and workload management; driving KPI performance (NPS, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, quality metrics) and ensuring compliance with regulations; ensuring technicians are SafeTech certified and that installs/repairs meet quality standards; collaborating with marketing to display materials and responding promptly to customer complaints/warranty issues; and providing world-class customer service. Requires strong communication, leadership, and operational skills, with experience in retail or service environments and a valid driver’s license. Training and tools provided to succeed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- 3+ years of leadership experience within retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to present a professional appearance and wear PPE
