Job Summary
The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure customers have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, work order management, Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) procedures, delivering high levels of customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and maintaining store appearance. Drives team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and company goals (e.g., Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversions, quality metrics) and ensures compliance with regulations. Ensures technicians are SafeTech certified and that quality installs/repairs are performed through coaching and training. Provides guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance, records, and collaborates with marketing as needed. Delivers world-class customer service by responding quickly to client complaints and warranty issues. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience, preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required
- 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
