Job Summary
Lead the store's executive team to exceed sales and profitability goals while delivering best-in-class associate and customer experiences. Drive operational excellence through annual budgeting, staffing plans, onboarding, coaching, and talent development. Elevate merchandising and visual standards, ensure loss prevention and safety compliance, optimize scheduling, and partner with regional leaders to execute strategic hiring and performance initiatives. Own store performance, foster a high-performance culture, and leverage analytics to inform decisions and drive results.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Store Management experience
- ability to develop others through mentorship and coaching
- effective communication and leadership
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable with technology and capable of managing store systems
- ability to move around the store and lift/carry up to 40 lbs
