Job Summary
Manage daily store operations at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, TX, by directing activities, approving supply and store expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution. Oversee hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees while conducting physical inventories, managing annual inventory processes, and handling shipping and receiving. Recruit, onboard, and train retail associates; address unresolved guest concerns and resolve issues effectively. Develop action plans for policy compliance, conduct performance evaluations, and communicate sales plans and metrics to the team. Monitor product trends, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and assume Assistant Manager duties as needed. Requires an Associate's Degree and three years of retail management experience.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of budgeting
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Knowledge of visual presentation techniques
- Ability to direct the activities of the retail stores to achieve optimal results
- Ability to consistently maintain a driving record that meets insurance company requirements
