Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day branch activities across sales, operations, administration, and leadership, managing store inventory to control obsolete items and maintain high product availability. Coach and develop employees, including Parts Interpreters, Stores, and Delivery Staff, while addressing performance gaps and ensuring OH&S compliance with current safety education. Champion company programs to drive profitability, increase sales, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. Process invoices, credits, and warranties while managing administrative functions. Work Saturday mornings as required. Based at the Belmont branch, this role requires a driver's license and ideally automotive parts sector experience. Required Qualifications
- Current full drivers license
- Saturday mornings as required
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
- OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded
