Job Summary
Lead day-to-day store operations, build a high-performing team through recruitment and coaching, and drive sales growth while maintaining strict health and safety compliance. Manage budgets, rostering, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize results, ensuring visual merchandising and promotional accuracy meet store standards. Report to the Area Manager to influence positive outcomes for customers, the team, and the business. Work 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- A sales-driven mindset with the capability to deliver financial results and KPI's
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A values-led, collaborative, and adaptable approach, with the ability to lead change and build strong customer and retail relationships
- Commitment to workplace health & safety, compliance, and risk management practices
- You will be rostered for 38 hours per week, working Tuesday through to Saturday
Desired Qualifications
