Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day branch activities across sales, operations, administration, and leadership. Manage store inventory to control obsolete items and maintain high product availability. Develop customer relationships to increase sales and branch profitability while coaching and developing employees, including Parts Interpreters, Stores, and Delivery Staff. Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education remains current. Process invoices, credits, and warranties as part of administrative functions. Work Saturday mornings as required. Based at the Parramatta branch, this role supports a team of over 5,000 members across Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand within the Bapcor Group.
Required Qualifications
- Current full drivers license
- Saturday mornings as required
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
- OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded
