Job Summary
Manage daily store operations for Leads and Associates, including guiding inventory tracking, writing efficient employee schedules, and overseeing cash register drawers and bank deposits. Tend merchandising tasks via planogram, handle customer escalations, and collaborate with HQ to establish Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain a safe, clean environment while representing the brand as a true ambassador. This role requires previous retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail and supervisor experience
- BYLT product knowledge
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
