Job Summary
Automotive Store Manager at PARC Auto leading a team of skilled technicians, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving business growth in a high-volume store. Responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; delighting customers and building lasting relationships; driving sales and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability; and overseeing daily shop operations to ensure efficiency. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for sales and customer service, and a proven track record of driving sales; proficiency with shop software (e.g., Tekmetric) and MS Office; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred
- SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED
- Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for sales and customer service
- A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales
