Job Summary
Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, grow sales, and build a culture of accountability. Manage store profitability, payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses while monitoring inventory, merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe, resolve customer concerns, and partner with HR on hiring and performance management. Collaborate with outside sales to maintain wholesale accounts and execute business plans with your Area Manager. Work approximately 50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A valid driver's license
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
- Expected commitment: approximately 50 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive parts experience
- Ideally have: 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
