Job Summary
Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service, overseeing and accountable for the operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, employee management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage. Includes training employees, scheduling, ensuring merchandising standards, handling budgets and payroll, driving guest service standards, and coordinating with staff to meet goals. Requires 5+ years in automotive retail management and a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent). Based in Austin, TX with willingness to travel to various company locations as needed; full-time role with weekend/holiday hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years’ experience in automotive retail management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
