Job Summary
Own the daily performance of the boutique by driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives while leading by example on the sales floor. Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships, and recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular feedback and growth opportunities. Serve as a brand ambassador by cultivating local partnerships, supporting community events, and collaborating with neighboring Leap-powered stores for activations and market initiatives. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and shipment processing to maintain an organized, customer-ready environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed
- Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs

- Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
- Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred
