Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail store, overseeing all sales KPI’s (volume, margin, closing ratio, sales per guest), handling customer issues escalated above the Guest Experience Manager, providing leadership and timely communication to sales, guest experience, and visual teams, coaching staff to achieve success, auditing performance for evaluations, maintaining budgeted administrative costs, ensuring complete documentation of procedures, completing reports, maintaining staffing levels, coordinating performance evaluations, leading staff meetings, coordinating with the Visual Presentation Manager on product placement, and communicating policy changes to staff. Strong focus on motivation, customer service, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve store goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 + years working in the retail industry
- 4 + years supervising in a retail industry
