Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving sales and profitability, training and developing store team, and creating a memorable in-store customer experience. Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, managing visual presentation and merchandising, developing internal talent for future leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, implementing clienteling processes, maintaining organized stockroom and stock flow, and collaborating with corporate retail to drive traffic and sales. Requires strong leadership, customer service focus, ability to analyze selling reports and trends, and ability to work flexible hours; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service focused retail apparel environment with 3+ years in a supervisory/management position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management functions, retail merchandising concepts and retail visual concepts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and excellent time management
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently; bending/stooping/kneeling; climbing ladders; ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
