Job Summary
Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless daily execution. Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge, recruit and train management and non-management associates, and conduct staffing and scheduling operations. Manage inventory, replenishment, and OMNI Channel operations while analyzing reporting to inform decision-making. Protect store assets, oversee maintenance, and perform opening and closing routines using register and point-of-sale systems. Adhere to brand presentation standards and uphold company policies to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of store management experience
- relevant supervisory experience in a customer facing role
- Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
