Store Manager - Allen, TX

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing activities, financial processes, and delegation of duties. Direct retail activities to achieve optimal results by approving supply and store expenses within budget, conducting physical and annual inventories, and overseeing inventory adjustments. Recruit, select, and onboard team members while developing performance evaluations and addressing employee issues. Resolve guest concerns, monitor compliance with policies, and communicate sales plans and performance metrics to associates. Plan and conduct regular store meetings, develop action plans for policy changes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Assume Assistant Manager duties in the absence of the position.
