Store Manager

Oversee daily retail operations for the Super Thrift store, leading a team of staff and volunteers through recruitment, mentorship, and development. Manage inventory intake, sorting, and pricing while ensuring opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols are executed flawlessly. Drive revenue goals to maximize financial support for the addiction recovery program, resolve customer complaints professionally, and maintain a Christ-centered environment. Integrate organizational policies, safety standards, and local regulations into scheduling and administrative duties. This role requires three years of retail management experience and a commitment to the Christian mission of Adult & Teen Challenge.
