Job Summary
Act as Store Manager at adidas Designer Outlet Athens, located in Spata. Lead and recruit a diverse team, coach and motivate staff to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining high-performance culture. Oversee Visual Merchandising, replenishment, and inventory processes; ensure HR, legal, and company policies are followed to maintain a safe and productive shopping environment. Drive profitability through data analysis, trends evaluation, and continuous improvement. Requires 18+ months of retail experience with at least 12 months in store management, strong leadership, analytical skills, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ months work experience in a retail environment (sport/fashion) including 12+ months of Store Management responsibility
- Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management, strong training skills and team line up
- Advanced analytical skills and effective communication skills
- Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience
- Fluency in English. Good knowledge with MS Office and Power BI
