Job Summary
Lead store operations at Seoul Hyundai COEX, overseeing daily management, luxury sales execution, and client relationship building. Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs to drive strategy, and manage inventory through regular audits. Recruit, train, and lead the team by setting performance goals and conducting evaluations. Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes customer needs, clear communication, and mutual respect while maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, detail orientation, and experience in the luxury fashion retail sector.
