Job Summary
Conduct customer service and facilitate sales while building professional relationships with clients. Manage operations and drive store performance by handling cash, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict compliance. Support Sales Associates, guide them toward success, and prioritize active listening and clear communication in all interactions. Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and community marketing strategies. Train and support store employees in product knowledge. Work 10-12 hours in a confined area, occasionally traveling to other stores.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- entrepreneurial spirit

Desired Qualifications
