Job Summary
Conduct customer service and facilitate sales while building professional relationships and gaining in-depth knowledge of lending, check cashing, and card services. Manage operations and drive overall store performance, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict attention to detail. Support Sales Associates and guide them toward success by prioritizing active listening, clear communication, and empathy in all interactions. Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and marketing strategies, including community marketing, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations. Work 10-12 hours in a confined area, occasionally traveling to other stores, with a focus on listening actively, communicating effectively, and empathizing with customer challenges.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges
- ability to adjust focus as needed
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
