Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily store operations. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs and recommending ACE products, supporting Sales Associates, managing cash handling and compliance, and promoting ACE financial services. An entrepreneurial spirit, effective communication, and empathy towards customers are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with two or more years of retail experience. Proficiency in Spanish is also welcomed in many markets.
