Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for managing store operations and ensuring overall performance, which includes customer service, sales support, compliance with regulations, and cash handling. This role requires building professional relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate ACE products and services. Strong communication and empathetic skills are essential, as well as the ability to guide and support Sales Associates. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
