Job Summary
Rent storage units by explaining options and pricing to fit customer needs while providing exceptional service to address inquiries and build relationships. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and equipment function, then perform light maintenance tasks and report major issues. Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records and tenant information. Market storage units and related products while upholding company policies to ensure a safe environment. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. Reports to District Manager. Full-time day shift with weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- US work authorization
- Must consent to pre-employment background check
- Weekends required
