Job Summary
Lead the store during the General Manager's absence by cultivating a positive, customer-focused culture and ensuring seamless daily operations. Manage a team of 8–12 employees through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to drive revenue growth and maintain high service standards. Resolve customer and employee concerns while enforcing safety protocols, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting payroll tasks. Work 45–50 hours per week in varying weather conditions, utilizing KPI tools to optimize labor management and promote wash products. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands
