Job Summary
Store Manager oversees day-to-day operations of one or more self-storage facilities, ensuring cleanliness, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, implementing a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals and associated services, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, handling cash and banking deposits, resolving billing and delinquent accounts, maintaining auction files and budgets, and upholding company culture. Bilingual Spanish preferred; day shift with potential Sundays off depending on location. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Located in Meridian, ID.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- High School diploma or GED is required
