Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, performing safety inspections, and maintaining financial accuracy through reporting and controls. Build customer relationships through in-person interactions, present structured sales processes for unit rentals and insurance, and resolve billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives while handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts. Monitor store budgets and oversee routine administrative tasks including auction file maintenance. Perform duties ranging from sedentary desk work to physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Day shift only; office closes at 6pm with no Sunday coverage.
