Store Manager $50,000 + - Full Time

Direct store operations by managing workflow, ensuring appropriate staffing, and overseeing inventory, deposits, and orders. Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings, while maintaining the store through cleaning, sanitizing, and proper food handling. Perform shift opening and closing duties, assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, and communicate with Baristas, Store Supervisor, and Regional Manager. Complete weekly product orders and schedules, stay updated with online training, and follow established service standards. Work Monday through Sunday including holidays and weekends, with a 40 to 45-hour schedule.
