Job Summary
Store Manager oversees store sales and supervision of the store's operations to achieve sales goals and profitability. Responsible for directing and mentoring Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training; managing payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals; training staff in sales strategies; monitoring inventory, expenses, and security; collaborating with District Sales Manager to implement policies and procedures; representing the brand in appearance and customer service; and staying informed on customer trends and community events to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
