Store Manager (45hr) - Sterns Brits Mall

Store Manager responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, and managing stock losses to align with company standards. Leads people (recruitment, development, employee relations, performance management), executes in-store merchandising strategies, and ensures customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands. Requires Matric and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year in store leadership; candidate should demonstrate leadership, customer-focused selling, relationship building, and ability to plan, organize, and drive strategic sales. Preferred attributes include the ability to build customer loyalty, manage the sales process, and foster teamwork and accountability.
