Store Manager (45hr) - Sportscene Tonga - Mpumalanga

Drive turnover to meet targets while controlling expenses and managing stock losses to align with company shrinkage standards. Oversee people management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance management. Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards to ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling service demands. Maintain a 45-hour schedule with a Matric certificate and minimum three years of retail experience, including one year in store leadership. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
