Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving turnover to meet targets, controlling expenses, managing stock losses, and leading staff through recruitment, development, and performance management. Will execute in-store merchandising standards, ensure customer satisfaction through the customer service strategy, and drive sales through effective communication, negotiation, and planning. Requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership; strong leadership, customer focus, and planning abilities are essential.
