Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, managing stock losses to align with company standards, leading people through recruitment and staff development, executing in-store merchandising, and delivering customer service in the Markham Emoyeni Mall, Nelspruit. Demonstrates skills in customer loyalty, service delivery, value management, solution presentation, sales negotiation, process planning, leadership, and safeguarding brand standards while building internal/external relationships and ensuring accountability and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
