Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving turnover to achieve targets, controlling expenses, managing stock losses to shrinkage standards, and leading staff through recruitment, development, and performance management. Executes in-store merchandising and customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership; strong emphasis on leadership, customer focus, negotiation and selling, planning and organizing, and applying policy and procedures to improve sales performance and team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- A Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
