Store Manager at GStar Riverside Mall responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, managing stock losses in line with company standards, people management (recruitment, development, employee relations, performance management), executing in-store merchandising standards, and delivering customer satisfaction through the company’s customer service strategy and active engagement in selling processes.
Required Qualifications
- A Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
