Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, managing stock losses, and leading staff in Western Cape. Responsibilities include recruitment and development of personnel, implementing in-store merchandising standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through service initiatives, and executing strategic sales plans. Requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in store leadership; skilled in customer engagement, negotiations, planning, and upholding policies and procedures.
