Job Summary
Store Manager role responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, and managing stock losses while leading the in-store team. Key duties include people management (recruitment, development, employee relations, performance management), executing in-store merchandising standards, delivering on customer service strategy to satisfy customers, and applying strategic sales planning. Required qualifications include a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience with 1 year in store leadership. Essential skills span customer service delivery, negotiation and selling, planning and organizing, leadership, relationship-building, managing the sales process, and leveraging digital communications with customers.
