Job Summary
Store Manager (Assistant Manager) at WhiteWater Express; leads team culture, ensures customer satisfaction, develops future leaders, and covers GM duties during their absence. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Strong leadership and sales acumen; coaching and developing team members to meet/exceed goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication; proven conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
