Job Summary
Store Manager for Mango at Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin. Responsible for the general running of the store, ensuring sales targets are exceeded, delivering highest level of customer service, and maintaining an immaculate store image. Lead and motivate the team, coach and develop staff, and maintain an active, engaging store environment. Report to the District Manager. 40 hours per week with full flexibility (Monday to Sunday).
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a Store Manager role within the retail industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
