Job Summary
Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the store while planning, applying, and monitoring measures to reach and exceed sales targets. Analyse and review management indicators and costs to improve them, and collaborate on implementing merchandising standards to optimise selling space for maximum profitability. Collect, control, and manage stock to maximise sales, and act as a role model to promote effective communication within the team. Recruit, train, and ensure the seamless integration of new employees, while leading and motivating staff to develop their potential. Plan, organise, prioritise, and distribute tasks to optimise resources and minimise costs, ensuring optimal management of personnel administration duties. This 40-hour weekly role requires at least one year of proven store manager experience in retail.
