Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a Seasalt retail store by coaching staff through formative feedback and development plans to drive sales, profitability, and KPI results. Implement visual merchandising standards, manage stock and loss prevention, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and GDPR regulations. Communicate store performance to stakeholders, identify team performance issues, and recruit diverse staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and recommend additional services to customers.
