Job Summary
Store Manager oversees daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with a focus on customer relationship-building, tailored storage solutions, and maintaining cleanliness and financial controls. Responsibilities include maximizing sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; ensuring site cleanliness and safety inspections; handling cash and bank deposits; managing delinquent payments and administrative tasks; and fostering professional relationships with employees. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Starting pay range $18.50-$20.35/hour. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, health options, and wellness programs. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a High School diploma or GED; valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle; location Worcester, MA. May involve day shifts with Sundays off depending on location.
