Job Summary
Lead the store by modeling selling behaviors, coaching your team, and ensuring operations flow with sharp zones and clear priorities. Manage labor flexibly to match business needs while staying on budget, and drive sales from the floor to ensure every customer leaves happy. Pivot quickly when changes occur and maintain a positive, high-performing culture that energizes your team. Success is measured by sales and labor results, TruRating feedback, and store scorecard performance. You will work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a salary range of $66,500.00 - $83,975.00. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in situations involving communication with customers, managers, and coworkers
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required
- You've grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you've led teams and delivered results
