Job Summary
Store Manager (Assistant Manager) at WhiteWater Express leads team development and customer-focused operations, maintains safety and service standards, coaches staff, and drives revenue performance. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (or higher)
- Experience leading or supervising teams in retail/hospitality/fast-paced environments
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems
- Ability to manage payroll tasks and staffing-related duties
- Willingness to work 45–50 hours per week or adjust as needed
- Experience in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in a dynamic outdoors/indoor environment
