Job Summary
Manage daily operations and profitability for retail Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations by serving customers, handling currency, and processing transactions for loans and check cashing. Coordinate staff schedules, conduct training, and lead Assistant Store Managers while resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. Balance batch receipts against sales reports to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal regulations and store procedures. Maintain accurate records, manage cash drawers and deposits, and support district recruiting efforts. This role requires reliable transportation for district travel and adherence to core values of accountability and inclusivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Active listening
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Ability to provide store level leadership
- Own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Automobile Insurance
- Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- Must be able to travel to neighboring districts
- Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
Desired Qualifications
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure, this may not include public transportation, transportation from family or friends, must maintain a valid Driver's License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
- Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- May be asked to travel to neighboring districts
- May require overnight travel
- Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
