Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, merchandising, and customer service in Union, MS. Responsible for recruiting, selecting and retaining qualified employees, ensuring proper training and performance evaluations, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing pricing and signage, and upholding safety and security policies. Leads staff to meet sales targets, analyzes performance and profitability, and ensures effective opening and closing procedures multiple times per week. Provides strong leadership in customer service and operations, with emphasis on compliance with company policies and federal/state labor laws. Emphasizes merchandising presentation, stock planning, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
