Job Summary
Store Manager at Dollar General in Pickensville, AL, responsible for leading all store employees, planning and implementing store processes, staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring inventory, cashier controls, merchandising, and customer service excellence. Oversees ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, pricing, signage, and stock targets; manages opening/closing, operating statements, shrink control, and safety/compliance; leads recruitment, training, and development of staff; ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies; maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized store with effective team leadership and communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
