Job Summary
Lead store operations including recruiting, training, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, cash control, and customer service; set staffing levels, evaluate performance, ensure compliance with policies and labor laws; manage opening/closing, in-stock targets, safety and security; oversee daily store functions and financial integrity; requires high school diploma and at least one year of retail management experience; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of management experience in a retail environment
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes
- Certain store locations may give preference to bilingual Spanish speakers
