Job Summary
Store Manager role focused on managing all store employees and executing store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting and retaining qualified employees, providing training, conducting performance evaluations, handling pay recommendations and advancement, communicating performance and safety expectations, and coordinating regular openings and closings. Additional duties cover evaluating operating statements for sales, profitability and inventory trends; managing stock replenishment and inventory accuracy; ensuring proper merchandising, cashier accountability and security practices; delivering superior customer service leadership; maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store; and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state labor laws. The position requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and managerial experience in retail (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
